THE BRIEF

Pixquid is a B2B2C marketplace for independent content. It allows filmmakers to negotiate deals directly with distributors to sell their content. It also gives them full control over charging pay-per-view for viewers to watch their film. It is the first platform that decentralizes Hollywood.

MY FOCUS

Pixquid was originally a small independent streaming platform with manual uploads and in need of growth.

Under my direction, we pivoted the company. Within 6 months, we built a new platform from the ground up and focused on being a decentralized marketplace for independent media. I was responsible for hiring and managing the dev team, charting the timelines and getting the product to market. Since launch, we've received countless press and awards, with a user-base rapidly growing every day. I've also established new business relationships and helped raise capital.
